Forever Fit

A low impact class using a chair for sitting and standing support that involves stretching, flexibility, aerobics, and strength-training using handheld weights, resistance bands, and medicine balls to help with active aging. Jaw workout included as we do get chatty. Improves flexibility, muscle and bone strength and heart health.

Cardio Step

This class offers an intro to step-aerobics with a little strength-training. Cardio and weights combine with upbeat music to start off this high-energy class. Then slow it down and finish with some strength-training.


Energetic Movement

A feel good class for everyone, get a unique, whole body workout that involves a little bit of everything. Step-aerobics, strength-training, and lots of movements using handheld weights, resistance bands and exercise balls.

Pilates Fusion


A beginner's class that approaches the practice of yoga in a welcoming and accessible way. It typically covers basic yoga poses, fundamental breathing techniques, and foundational concepts of yoga philosophy. Ideal for those that are new to yoga, students seeking a more accessible practice, and regular yoga practitioners that just want to slow it down.



Barre 5

Low impact workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and strength training to sculpt and tone the muscles. We focus on strength, flexibility, and core engagement.


Warrior Strength

In just 30 minutes, this strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt all your muscles! WARRIOR Strength™ weightlifting stations follow unique formulas that are smart, fun, and effective.

Friday All Levels Yoga Flow

This all-levels flow invites you to move with curiosity, strength, and ease. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through accessible sequences that build heat, improve mobility, and create a deeper connection to breath. Come as you are—this flow meets you exactly where you’re at.

Yoga 101

(Asana)

A beginner's class that approaches the practice of yoga in a welcoming and accessible way. It typically covers basic yoga poses, fundamental breathing techniques, and foundational concepts of yoga philosophy.



Yoga 102

(Hatha Namaskar )

An all levels branch of yoga that uses physical techniques to preserve and channel vital force energy. These techniques work to bring a balance to your sun and moon energies, within your own system, to deepen your understanding of a variety of yoga poses, breath, and meditation practices.


Yoga Fit

(Angamardana) 


An intermediate/advanced level class that is faster-paced and playful. Like a pre martial-arts yoga workout, with an emphasis on strength and mobility, utilizing your own body weight. Be prepared for arm balances, inversions and/or more advanced yoga postures and movements.
